A creative site in perpetual motion, Mains d’Œuvres is well-suited to host a fictional collection imagined by Ivan Argote and Pauline Bastard, artists-in-residence since June 2009. Product of a complicity with artists close to their universe, the goal is to revisit the architecture of the site and explore possibilities outside the exhibition space. Each artist proposes a specific project linking his or her methods to life in the building. An inaugural visit of the collection will be organized by the artist Céline Ahond on February 12.
