In the frame of the European training “ The art of sustainability in cultural centers” organized by Trans Europe Halles network, we invite you to share with our trainees, 3 nights of shows and debates in English to question our way of life by bringing together economical, social, ecological and cultural approch.

The bathing of the frog by La Tribouille cie Physical Theatre. A proposal by Josias Torres Galindo choreogrpher (15 min)/ This play is a visual and chorographical concept, a study on confidence, relying on repetitive movements, acceleration and repairing. It is inspired from “Get out of the wall” by Patrick Viveret. To communicate using daily and simple movements, an abandoned body indulges in emptiness.

Environmental object by Les Intouchables Cie Aerial performing. A Trapeze artist evolving within a suspended garden as a metaphorical interaction of a human being over his environment. With Pénélope Hausermann. In a solo form, she will explore loneliness. Loneliness of a body. A body’s weight on a floating nature. The paradox of gravity. Continually craving for lightness… When everything stops being serious, the subject itself finds its way.

The fundamantal questions eschewing strategy world championship by the Tribouile Company The funny, sporty version of human beings’ favorite game Each player hurls a « fundamantal question for the humanity » to his opponent who must eschew it. A game as old as the hills finaly brought out into the light…

Funky Pudding de et avec Luigi Ciotta et Aurélia Dedieu. A clown performance aiming at disturbing the fragile line separating individuals from their own litter, individuals from their own society and which, through the clown’s folly, depicts what consuming really means.


Saturday 19 june • 20h30

20 images X 20 sec. on sustaninable development and cultural venues, followed by a debate During this 3-day training 20 European participants have studied the question of sustainable development in cultural venues. Using the Pecha Kucha method they will present you their own vision of this strategy. Not time to get bored, for sure ! This Japonese concept allows for brief, time-effective présentations, full of images and words, in 6 min and 40 seconds !
